Contract Lead Time
This is the lead time that your supplier has agreed to provide per your Service Level Agreements. This gives you a baseline from which to measure lead time accuracy.

The average amount of days that your supplier has taken to fulfill an order.

The fewest amount of days it has taken for your supplier to fulfill an order.
